I keep forgetting to put a magazine clipping from BYU Magazine into my "Favorite Talks" file, so when I find it on the nightstand, the shelf, or the table, I read it again. And I love it every time. "Our Refined Heavenly Home", by Douglas L. Callister, really strikes a chord with me. He says "the nearer we get to God, the more easily our spirits are touched by refined and beautiful things". He makes the point that our music, literature, and manner of speech tell much about us. Find the talk here: http://speeches.byu.edu/?act=browse&speaker=Callister%2C+Douglas+L.&topic=&type=&year=2006&x=13&y=7
I hope you like it as much as I do.
