Halloween 2010: We Dressed Up and Got Candy

Sorry, ladies, this is my sidekick. This is us at Trunk-or-Treat. Not having seen Patrick all day, I didn't immediately recognize him as Robin. He bought some cheap sheets to make cape and panties, but where did he get those green pants? From my side of the closet!

I am supposed to be Silvermist, from the newish Tinker Bell and friends, but I prefer the cute duo of Tink and Peter Pan below. James is a sweet and mild-mannered friend, and we will really miss him and his family when they move soon.

We let the kids get into their costumes the night before Trunk-or-Treat to make sure everything worked right. It was like Christmas. Child-like glee is precious.

I had the idea to do a bat signal pumpkin, and Patrick engineered and executed it. We carved out back on our new picnic table from Bria while Kyle ate Cheerios in the October wind.
