i turned twenty-eight way before patrick

I spent a wonderful birthday yesterday and now get to enjoy being two years older than my dear husband until July. My friend Katie Walker watched the kiddos in the morning for me while I ran a few errands by myself. I received many birthday texts and a few gifts, mostly kitchen things, which made me very happy. I am having trouble pulling a picture from my camera of the gifts including a sweet apron that Katie made for me, so stay tuned. The day was finished off with Samantha and her kiddos taking me and my kiddos to Taco Bell. Oh, and I had lunch with Patrick. And I cleaned my house with my new natural cleaning products that I made. And I got to read a book by myself while the kids napped. And it snowed. I couldn't have asked for more!

PS: If you think this pic is scary, you should have seen the rest of my face :)

I'm glad you had a happy birthday. I reminded myself every day this week to call you on Thursday, but then I forgot on Thursday! Next time I'll call a few days early.

I LIKE that picture--you have beautiful eyes, Juli.

And happy birthday! I'm curious about your natural cleaning products . . . vinegar? Or what?

So, I admit, I almost never go around to people's blogs, but I had a few questions for Patrick about teaching guitar. If you could let him know and have him email me at: allen.renfroe@monsanto.com I'd appreciate it.
Thanks Juli.
P.S. Sound's like you had a very tolerable birthday. That's good. I hope your 28th year is a good one.

You should turn it upside down, Juli. Then it would really scare people!
