Sunday afternoon I went into labor, and our new baby boy arrived at 11:23pm.
7 lbs 4oz, 20.5 inches
The labor went well (all natural again!), and I am doing well.
Kyle is healthy and seems to be a happy and calm baby.
Josie and Simon love him, but are obviously affected by the change in our lives.
Thanks to all friends and family who have given us support, love, and help during such an exciting time.

Congratulations! You guys have such beautiful babies! :) And Josie looks so big! I went natural with Austen and am not too sure I could do it again-you are one strong woman!

We had a different name in mind, but when we found out it was a boy, Patrick came up with Kyle, and it just seemed right. Preston is a friend of mine at college and then Patrick's mission that we both knew before we even met each other.
I planned on a epidural this time, actually, but the labor went so fast that there was not time. It turned out great!
So I guess I was such a space cadet that I didn't realize you were so close! Yay for three! He is darling. Congrats! And may you find some time to sleep. Love you!

Wow! He looks bigger than 7 pounds--that knit hat is so darling on a cute little boy. And I love the name Kyle!

Congratulations, Juli! Great wisdom on taking time to play with your kids. Something I'm not very good at. I don't really know how to do it. Way to go on the natural childbirth! That is something I doubt I will ever be brave enough to attempt, but I admire those who do it!
